At Mama Chew we work on a simple premise to design products that are safe and practical!

Being a new mum I was finding it difficult to wear my favourite fashion jewellery without my son Jack putting it in his mouth or ripping it off my neck. I started looking into ‘what else I could wear’ when I came across silicone jewellery.

I wanted pieces that were affordable, fashionable and were safe for Jack too. I was also on maternity leave looking for a side project to keep me busy…..little did I know how time consuming babies are!

That’s when Mama Chew was born.

My ultimate aim to provide, modern, fun, safe, teething products for babies to help ease them through those tough early teething stages of their life and to help Mum get through them with a little more style too!

From those early days, our product range has expanded as our market demanded it. We now hand-make a wide range of eco-friendly teething toys, dummy chains, pram toys & pram garlands for little ones as well as our original modern silicone jewellery for mums. We also stock a beautiful range of high quality meal time products made for feeding fun!

Mama Chew’s products are handmade with love and care in our Sydney beachside studio.

All designs have been tested and certified to the relevant toy safety standard in Australia and New Zealand (AS/NZS ISO 8124) + (DIN EN 12576 (2007)A1:2011). – your child’s safety is most important to us.

Teething moments are a tough time for the whole family. We hope to help provide some teething relief with our playful, safe, high quality, practical products.
