Customer Service is important to us and we want you to love your order. If for any reason you would like to request an exchange or refund from mamachew.com please note the following information:
- We will provide you with a exchange/refund on full-priced items if the items are in original condition, with all tags attached and have not been worn, damaged or washed.
- We have a 30 day return policy. We can’t make any returns/exchanges after 30 days.
- Please email us at hello@mamachew.com and include the following information in your email: Full name, order number, item(s) purchased and reason for return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange please list the full details of your new request (e.g. style name, colour).
- We will email you the returns address once we process your return.
Online Returns
- We don’t take responsibility for products returned to us without a tracking number. When returning an item the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so be sure to get proof of posting.
- Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Your credit will be applied to your original method of payment used at the time of purchase
- You must take care of the return shipping costs and the original shipping cost is non-refundable or any other related expense e.g. duties and/or import taxes will not be refunded.
- Please note once a refund is processed by mama chew, your financial institution can take 3 – 7 business days to process the funds back into your account.
